Impact Healthcare REIT plc has announced that the Company name has changed, effective immediately, to Care REIT plc in order to better reflect the real estate the Company invest in and to align with the Financial Conduct Authority`s (FCA) updated Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR).
Further, the Company`s stock market ticker will become “CRT”. Dealings under the new name and ticker will commence at 8.00 am (GMT) on 22 October 2024.
In conjunction, the Company`s website has also been refreshed and changed to www.carereit.co.uk. The Company`s ISIN, SEDOL and Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) remain unchanged.
Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.
