The rebranding is in response to the company`s transformation of recent years, accelerated company growth and recent inclusion in the FTSE 250, and a recognition of its unique role in the democratisation of venture capital. There is also a new website, moltenventures.com and a new motto, `Make More Possible`.
The Group`s stock market TIDM (LSE: GROW, Euronext Dublin: GRW), the Company`s ISIN (GB00BY7QYJ50) and SEDOL (BY7QYJ5) will remain unchanged and existing share certificates will continue to be valid. The change of name took effect on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin from 8.00 a.m. on 10 November 2021.
